The last three may not apply to most cars, but for those who do not have it, it is important to maintain them properly.

Coolant leaks are common in cars that have low or older hoses. Find radiator hose of your car and make sure there are no cracks, tears or frayed ends. If there is, you must change them immediately. Squeeze the hoses when the engine is cold, and see if they are crispy. Also check the terminals and make sure the snakes can not be turned. The pipes should not be wet or damp there. If they are, either tighten the clamps or replace them.
